Blessings Community Care Clinic is owned and operated by your "Favorite Nurse Practitioner" Tanya Wagner-Moore APRN MSN FNP-C who has over 23 years experience in the medical field. She is dedicated to providing affordable quality patient care to every patient, regardless of their race, economic or social status.. Our clinic was established with the focus of health promotion, health education and disease prevention, especially in the Black and Brown communities.
Our Medical Director
Dr. Ayoade Akere is a Family Medicine Specialist with over 35 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Akere received his medical degree from Ahmadu Bello University. He is affiliated with several hospitals in the community providing exceptional quality patient care.
Dr. Akere is partnered with Blessings Community Care Clinic as the Medical Director in a collaborative agreement to consult and advise on patient care.
